Loungers save the Pangolin in collaboration with ZSL

Loungers Clothing, famous for their organic brushed cotton lounge trousers and shorts, are creating a special collection featuring one of our most endangered animals, the Pangolin. The Pangolin is the world’s most trafficked mammal and as such is a conservation priority for ZSL. This beautiful ZSL x Loungers collection will highlight the plight of the world’s only scaly mammal.

New Elmer collection at TU

TU at Sainsbury’s has launched a tenth Elmer babywear range.  The collection, designed by Blues, features a sleeping bag, romper, sleepsuits, short dungaree set, t-shirt set and 2 piece sweatshirt set.

Luggage licensee Pelham signs with London Zoo

Major licensed luggage supplier, Pelham Leather Goods, has created two collections with London Zoo which will launch in 2026. The ranges for adults and children use assets from London Zoo’s kids style guides and its heritage style guide, which features historic images from ZSL’s library collection. The collections include suitcases, backpacks, packing cubes, wash bags, wallets and key rings.

Next x London Zoo

Next launched a kids capsule collection with London Zoo celebrating some of the endangered animals parent organisation, ZSL, is working to save. The range featured the Humboldt Penguin, Red Panda, Linnes Two Toed Sloth and Western Lowland Gorilla. Proceeds from  the collection contribute to ZSL’s conservation programmes.

Metrostar sponsors the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards

Metrostar sponsored the Mixed Retailer category at the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on April 24th. It is the 5th time Metrostar has sponsored at the BELLAs, which celebrate brand licensing partnerships with heritage and lifestyle brands. The category was won by Marks & Spencer for their homewares collaboration with interior designer, Kelly Hoppen.

NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN X REISS

British fashion brand, Reiss, has launched a collaboration with the New York Botanical Garden. Inspired by the illustrations in the NYBG’s rare books archive, the women’s and girls’ capsule collection consists of 50 pieces including dresses, denim, t-shirts, co-ords, vests, trousers, shorts and swimwear. Proceeds will contribute to the NYBG’s science and conservation work around the World.

KRISPY KREME X PRIMARK

Primark has launched its first collaboration with Krispy Kreme, the iconic sweet treats brand. The 16-piece collection consists of mens and womens daywear and accessories as well as ladies nightwear. Krispy Kreme held a Komfy Rave headlined by DJ Woody Cook at their Oxford Street store.

METROSTAR JUDGING AT THE BRAND & LIFESTYTLE LICENSING AWARDS

Metrostar’s Claire Potter joined a panel of industry experts to judge the retail categories at the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards. Hosted by the Natural History Museum, the Awards reward retailers’ achievements in licensing over the past 12 months and take place in London at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on April 24th.

METROSTAR & THE ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF LONDON HOLD 200th ANNIVERSARY PREVIEW

Conservation charity and animal science pioneer, ZSL is celebrating its 200th Birthday in 2026 and is holding a special preview for licensees, retailers and the broader licensing industry. Over 80 guests have signed up to attend the event at London Zoo, which is being hosted by ZSL and Metrostar on March 25th.
